On the other hand Ethiopia were thrashed 4-1 by host nation Cameroon in their second group-stage fixture on Thursday in Yaounde. The Waliyas are yet to earn a point from their 2 group stage games. On their second game, Ethiopia made a dream start to the contest, taking the lead in the fourth minute through Dawa Hotessa before the Indomitable Lions scored 4goals to knock them down. This result puts the Waliyas very bottom of Group A.
Burkina Faso got a boost after 4key players were back. All Bertrand Traore, Saido Sinpore, Sumalia Otara and Dango recovered from Covid-19, but goalkeeper Hervé Koffi will miss Monday’s clash due to Covid-19.
